Terms of Service for AI Word Cloud for Docs™

1. Introduction

This Google Workspace add-on, AI Word Cloud for Docs™, is developed by AI Word Cloud for Docs™. By installing and using our Google Docs Word Cloud Generator, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Google Docs Word Cloud Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the word cloud generator. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Google Docs Word Cloud Extension following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

Our Google Docs Extension is designed to help users create beautiful word cloud visualizations from their document content using AI-powered text analysis. The Word Cloud Generator is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

4. User Responsibilities

6. Intellectual Property

• License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Docs Word Cloud Generator in accordance with these Terms.
• User Content: You retain all rights to your document content. Word clouds generated from your documents belong to you.

7. Subscription and Billing

• All new users receive a 7-day free trial
• Monthly subscription: $2.99 per month
• Yearly subscription: $19.99 per year
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are available within 7 days of payment

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Word Cloud for Docs™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Google Docs Word Cloud Generator.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the word cloud generator by any third party.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Word Cloud for Docs™ and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Google Docs Word Cloud Extension.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right while using our Word Cloud Extension.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Google Docs Word Cloud Generator immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Word Cloud Generator will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of EU, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through appropriate channels. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
